UniConnect Flashing ProcedureUnitronic UniConnect Programming and Diagnostic Interface4 Choose between performing a Performance Engine Flash, Performance Transmission (DSG) Flash, or to Load Uni- tronic’s Diagnostic Tool. In this example, we’re performing a Performance Engine Flash, but the procedure is the same for a Performance Transmission Flash.5 Whenever performing a Performance Engine or Transmission Flash, UniConnect will auto-detect any stored DTCs in the ECU memory and display them for your review. Please review any stored DTCs that are displayed and ensure they are not urgent codes that may influence the performance of your vehicle. If you have any doubts, please CANCEL and take your vehicle to a Unitronic Authorized Dealer for diagnostics. Otherwise, press Next.
