DSG Bench Flashing ProcedureUnitronic UniPro Programming and Diagnostic Interface9 Connect the Unitronic DSG harness to the port and lock it in place by rotating the connector clockwise.10 Connect the OBD-II connector on the DSG harness to your SPI/UniPRO cable, the 12v power connector to your 12v adapter, and your SPI/UniPRO cable to your computer’s USB port.11 Launch UniPro. Select VW or Audi and then Performance Transmission Flash12 Turn the red power switch to the ON position. If you are reading a DSG from 2009 or newer, the K-Line switch must be in the OFF position, allowing CAN communication protocol. If it is 2009 or older, turn K-LINE ON to allow K-LINE communication.13 Identify the TCU in UniPRO and proceed with the read as usual.14 Once you’ve completed the read of the TCU in UniFLASH3, the application will prompt you to share the informa-tion with Unitronic.
