Unitronic's software calibration team has a wide range of tuning experience with BOSCH and SIEMENS/CONTINENTAL controllers and their extensive knowledge and understanding allows them to develop Performance Software which not only extracts the most from your vehicle but also does so reliably.
NEXT-GEN SOLUTIONS
Today, Unitronic is continuing to raise the bar with its proprietary UniFLEX Software and Hardware packages which include all the necessary components required to make flex fuel integration as effortless as possible. Comprised of our proprietary UniFLEX ethanol device, a genuine Continental® ethanol content sensor with all required fittings and harnesses, this kit allows for true plug and play installation. UniFLEX is also Bluetooth® enabled, allowing for wireless connectivity with iOS and Android mobile devices using the Unitronic UniE85 Manager App. Available today for the 2.5TFSI® EVO, 2.0TSI® EVO4 and more VW/AUDI platforms soon.

Unitronic hardware engineers also have a wide range of industry experience and tools at their disposal. Today, Unitronic's facilities include advanced 3D scanning equipment, software and highly sophisticated 3D printers which allow our engineers to design, print and conduct numerous validations completely in-house. At Unitronic, our promise to customers is to deliver advanced solutions which fit and perform just as good as they look.
Unitronic’s facility also includes advanced dynamometer equipment located inside state of the art, environmentally controlled cells. Having unrestricted access to a Superflow engine dyno allows our calibration team to perform software development with easy access to engine components that can quickly be swapped and benchmarked as needed for long term-testing. In another part of Unitronic's facility, calibrators also utilize a MAHA LPS3000 chassis dyno for testing and development. With special ventilation equipment, Unitronic calibrators are even able to simulate mild elevation changes in this room while factoring in drag as well.

Unitronic's racing program spans numerous years in partnership with JDC-Miller Motorsports. Pushing our boundaries on the track and testing skill in North America's highest level of touring car racing is both rewarding and exciting for everyone at Unitronic. It also gives our product development teams greater insights on how to design, engineer and create durable performance oriented solutions that will provide unparalleled gains and reliability in our customer's road cars. This racing program also gives us an opportunity to connect with like-minded Authorized Dealers, customers and fans from coast to coast as we chase the illustrious IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Championship title.
Unitronic's excellence both on and off the race track has brought on several new high level corporate partnerships including its strategic relationship with LIQUI MOLY, who became the official oil and additive of Unitronic. Not only are their oils and additives used in the Unitronic JDC-Miller Motosports Gen2 Audi TCR machine but LIQUI MOLY is also exclusively used in a wide-range of Unitronic's development fleet of engines and vehicles. Their extensive lineup of OEM approved fluids help ensure maximum performance, safety and lubrification under the most strenuous conditions. The same oils and additives used on the corporate / street car side are also used to lubricate the race car side, even through the grueling IMSA endurance racing season, which is a true testament to how robust LIQUI MOLY oils and additives really are.
