Unitronic® is pleased to offer a brand new IS38 Turbo Upgrade Kit for the 1.8TSI Gen3 MQB engine found in the Golf, Golf SportWagen, Alltrack, A3 and more. This kit includes a genuine IHI IS38 Turbocharger and Unitronic Stage 2+ Performance Software which brings the 4 cylinder power output to 352 hp and 324 lb-ft of torque.*
The IS38 equipped 1.8TSI MQB engine produces 352HP / 324 LB-FT TQ with Unitronic’s Stage 2+ IS38 ECU calibration with 93octane/98ron fuel, boasting massive gains of +182HP/+139LB-FT over VW’s advertised output. Unitronic Stage 2+ IS38 ECU Performance Software requires a Unitronic Downpipe, Turbo Inlet Elbow, Carbon Fiber Intake System with Air Duct, and Intercooler Upgrade. The Unitronic Charge Pipe Kit is recommended as well.
